Positions Available

Construction Technician

Responsibility is to serve as the Client’s technical representative on a variety of public works construction projects including roadway, sanitary and storm sewers, pipelines, wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations. Daily duties include continuous coordination and communication with contractor and design consultants, monitoring and documentation of the construction process, preparing accurate daily activity logs including photographs. Previous related job experience, good verbal and written communication skills, and computer literate required. NICET or comparable certification is preferred. Salary commensurate with education and work experience.

Civil Engineers

Entry-level or experienced Highway/Bridge Engineer positions available. B.S. in Civil Engineering, E.I.T. preferred. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, and structural design software necessary. Pleasant, team-based working environment in Downtown Scranton. Full-time position with company benefit package. Salary commensurate with education and work experience.

Environmental Engineer

BS Degree in Civil/Sanitary or Environmental Engineering. Pennsylvania PE or EIT with 2 to 4 years in related work experience required. AutoCAD proficient, ability to work independently, and interest in advancement into business management. Excellent writing and oral communication skills required. Duties and responsibilities include project management, regulatory permits, design and construction administration of public water and wastewater distribution, collection, conveyance, pumping and treatment systems. Pleasant, team-based working environment in Downtown Scranton. Full-time position with company benefit package. Salary commensurate with education and work experience.
