CECO Associates, Inc. is a corporation chartered in 1973 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The firm maintains its corporate offices in Scranton, Pennsylvania which is central to our service area of Eastern and Central Pennsylvania. In April 2011, CECO joined forces with LaBella Associates, P.C. of Rochester, New York with the goal of expanding its services to include a full range of engineering and architectural services. CECO Associates, Inc.'s corporate offices in the historic Scranton Electric Building provides efficient space for administration, design studies, and support areas and facilities for advanced computer and communications systems.
CECO Associates, Inc. has served as a professional consultant to a wide variety of public and private clients including the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, municipal agencies and authorities, the commercial and industrial community, utility companies, and financial institutions.
Each Client's needs are identified and effectively addressed using a combination of the personal attention of the Owners and Senior Management Staff, and the latest advanced microcomputers and customized software. This approach permits our firm to rapidly evaluate numerous design concepts, develop related cost analysis, and prepare implementation schedules so that the Client can select the most effective solution to satisfy their requirements. The firm has received local and Statewide recognition of its engineering efforts from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania (ACEC/PA), an Excellence in Transportation Design Award from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and was selected as the 1994 Small Business of the Year by the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce and the United States Small Business Administration.
