Mr. Pepe is Chief Financial Officer of CECO Associates. He has extensive experience in the area of financial management and accounting. His responsibilities have included the development of capital and operating budgets, managing audits, financial reporting, contract negotiation, negotiating terms and conditions regarding the consolidation of entities through merger and acquisition, and business/ownership transition planning.
