Vice President and Engineering Manager David J. Osborne, P.E.

David J. Osborne, P.E. is Vice President and Engineering Manager at CECO Associates, Inc. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 1979.

In 1979, he joined the staff CECO Associates, Inc. as a Project Engineer. Since assuming the position of Engineering Manager, he has been responsible for supervising and managing the engineering staff at CECO and overall project coordination, including the review and approval of all structural work. He is also responsible for coordination of the final design efforts on major bridge structures, building structure designs, structural inspections, and NBIS bridge inspections.

Mr. Osborne is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers.
